The service, although in some parts broken, the staff of Novotel Sant Joan Despi were so friendly and helpful, a credit to the entire company. The location was good, perfect to get around to all we needed to do, but a bit far from the city center than expected. The dining experience was nice but quite expensive, and not ideal for a quick grab. Overall, it had its ups and downs but was a decent stay.
